Telstra Business Connect is a free unified communications application that aims to simplify the communication process for users of Telstra's TIPT or DOT services. The app is available on Android devices and can be used to search for contacts in the enterprise directory and make calls to them with a single click.
The app comes with a variety of features that help increase productivity, including an intuitive interface for multimedia services, integrated audio, video, and chat, as well as other usability features such as My Room, Groups, Location, and Favourites. Users can also seamlessly transfer calls between their desk phones and mobile device.
With Business Connect, users can access a contact list for friends, family, and colleagues and check their availability with presence status. All preferences and contacts are synchronized across devices, making it easy to stay connected and productive on the go.
It's important to note that the app only works in conjunction with a Telstra IP Telephony Service and Digital Office Technology, and a valid "TIPT" or "DOT" service with licensing is required to use Business Connect.
